The era of artificial intelligence: the era of becoming a "one person team" is coming

As AI takes over more and more of the "executive layer" work, a new professional form is quietly emerging: one person managing a complete business loop that originally required collaboration among multiple people. From designers to content operations, from customer success to product development, the value of the 'full stack individual' is being redefined.

The era of artificial intelligence: the era of becoming a "one person team" is coming

In the past few months, I have noticed an interesting phenomenon: more and more efficient practitioners around me are quietly becoming "one person teams".

Looking at the customer success team again. In the past, customer inquiries, work order assignments, data analysis, and contract renewal follow-up were often handled by different individuals. Nowadays, AI can automatically process most routine Q&A and work order classifications, so a successful customer manager can cover the entire customer journey from pre-sales consultation, hands-on training to health analysis. She told me, "I'm not being replaced by AI, but I finally have time to do what customers really care about - understand their business
